Loyaltyforce Loyalty Management

SaaS Architecture

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Loyaltyforce Loyalty Management is a seller-hosted SaaS application operated on AWS. Customers access a tenant workspace after completing an AWS Marketplace subscription and registration.

Service model

The web application, APIs, background workers, and managed data services run in the seller-managed AWS environment. Buyers do not deploy or operate product infrastructure in their own AWS accounts.

Tenant isolation

Authenticated requests are bound to a tenant and membership context. Tenant-scoped repositories, authorization checks, audit records, and background jobs preserve that boundary throughout request and job processing.

AWS Marketplace integration

Registration resolves the AWS Marketplace customer and agreement, provisions or binds the first tenant workspace, and reconciles the internal LoyaltyPrograms entitlement into tenant capacity. One purchased unit permits one independent SaaS tenant; quantity N permits up to N tenants. Each tenant includes one default Loyalty Program.

Security and operations

The public service uses HTTPS, security response headers, tenant-aware authorization, immutable audit evidence, and controlled operational access. Primary application data is hosted in the AWS Singapore region; authorized Hong Kong personnel access it only when necessary for support, security, and operations.

This overview intentionally excludes implementation secrets, credentials, network addresses, and customer data.
