Public AWS Marketplace purchases of Loyaltyforce Loyalty Management are governed by the Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace, version 2022-07-14, presented with the AWS Marketplace offer.
Governing agreement
The applicable AWS Marketplace order and the Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace (2022-07-14) govern use of the product. For a private offer, amendments expressly included in that offer or order apply according to their stated order of precedence.
